This was done by designing the ‘Modular Range’ of integrated equipment which allowed people to design their own kitchens according to individual needs. All Prenox products are manufactured locally, with full after-sales service and back-up and are designed to be cost-effective and to lead the way in reliability and quality.

Their products include specialty cheeses and fine foods, including other dairy, various preserved goods, olives and olive oils. Their mission is “to improve and maintain the standard of cheese and allied products to [South Africa’s] top Chefs and end users, thereby setting standards of excellence along the way.”

Cook Chill started in 1985, acting as catering consultants to large projects. They have been the main consultant and supplier to all Netcare hospitals since 2000, and they are the supplier to Pick n Pay and Spar for central production kitchen equipment and home meal replacement operations. Cook-Chill’s products include both industrial catering equipment and medical storage units. Their customers, including other industrial catering companies, range throughout South Africa and neighbouring countries.

Founded 20 years ago, Decocraft is one of the country’s premier caterware suppliers, with a customer base comprising some of the country’s most prominent hospitality companies and hospitals. Decocraft products are sourced from various manufacturers locally and internationally, and include world-class European brands.
