Itinerant On-Site Training

Apart from offering Chef training programmes at our Training Centre in Randburg, HTA are also able to provide on-site training to accommodate those units that cannot release staff due to factors such as distance, productivity or size of brigade.

In order to deliver effective on site training and correctional coaching, the following process will be followed:

To determine the current level of your staff abilities and finalise the content of the programme, a representative of HTA will come on-site to meet with the Training Manager / Head Chef to discuss areas of training requirements. Once the training needs have been determined, HTA will then format the modules in the required training programme and determine duration of the programme. All training will be conducted on-site; in the learners work place, however provision for use of a clear section of the kitchen and or lecture facilities may be required from time to time depending on the programme being presented.
