1 Year In-Service Chef Certificate Programme

(Day Relase)

This one year Chefs Training Programme is a work based training scheme utilizing both HTA as the off site provider as well as the appointed on site skills facilitator. The learner is required to attend 2 day off site training sessions made up of classical practical and theoretical inputs. Learners are issued with assignments to complete after each module. This programme concludes with a practical exam and a multiple choice written examination. Successful learners will be issued with both an HTA and a City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation and Culinary Art.
