We at HTA School of Culinary Art are both Proud and Honoured to have both of
South Africa’s most decorated Chefs bestow 35 of their personal awards, achievements, and priced accolades to HTA. In honour of these two icon Chefs, the school has a boardroom dedicated to each Chef, allowing all students the opportunity to view a combined 70 years of Culinary Heritage.
