We at the school are proud and honoured to have both of
South Africa's most decorated chefs bestow 35 years of their personal awards, achievements, and prized accolades to HTA School of Culinary Art. In honour of these two chef icons, the school has dedicated a boardroom to each chef, allowing all HTA students the opportunity to view a combined 70 years of local and international Culinary Heritage.
Bill Gallagher Boardroom
The Memorabilia displayed in the Bill Gallagher Boardroom proudly showcases 30 Years of culinary excellence and has been donated by Dr. Bill Gallagher to give future generations of chefs a legacy to which they can aspire.
Heinz Brunner Boardroom
The Heinz Brunner Boardroom proudly showcases the achievements of one of the hospitality industry's greatest local and international icons for over three decades. Donated by Heinz Brunner, the memorabilia in this room serves as a permanent
reminder to future generations of chefs that, through hard work and dedication,
anything is possible.
