FEE STRUCTURE
The tuition fee payable to HTA School of Culinary Art for the first year is
R40 000,00 and R42 000,00 for the second year.
Fees include:
• Tuition Fees
• On-site Moderation
• Workbooks and HTA Resources
• Name Badge
• City & Guilds Examination Fees
• 2 Year Registration with the South African Chefs Association
• First Aid Course
• Specialist Training, i.e. Butchery, Bakery, Fishmonger
• All raw materials for practical cookery
Fees exclude:
• 2 Full sets of HTA chefs uniforms
• HTA School winter jacket
• Black safety shoes
• Text book
• Parking tariffs incurred during practical training
• Travel expenses to and from practical placements
• Set of "Victorinox" chefs knives
• Beanie (Optional)
