Admission Requirements

Only aspirant chefs who wish to excel in their chosen career, who are committed, dynamic and have a desire to produce food of the highest standard and quality should apply.

Minimum entry age is 17 and applicants should preferably be in possession of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or recognised equivalent. Applicants are to submit copies of any relevant results and/or certificates, as well as a copy of their CV and identity document. Final selection is based on a personal interview with the student and his/her parents/guardian and the results of an aptitude testing process.

Only a limited number of students will be accepted to ensure that each one receives the personal attention and practical experience required in this dynamic industry.
